Elder Orphans with Lyn Croft

Monday, December 11, 10:30- 11:30 a.m.

An "elder orphan" is defined as someone who is is agining alone. More than 1 in 5 Americans older than 65 are at risk of becoming an elder orphan. in this presentation we will learn ithe issues faced by this category of people and how they can learn how to plan for life issues now!

At this event song books will be distributed with the lyrics to over 500 classic rock/oldies, show tunes, and holiday songs for us to sing along to and get into the holiday spirit!

Pasta Flora is a quick and delicious dessert that can be served at your holiday or weekday table.

The Science of Sexuality and Aging w/ Jane Fleishman, PhD.,

Friday, December 15, 1:30 - 3:00 p.m.

Research informs us that older adults are having sex into their 60s and 70s, they're enjoying sex, and that sex is good for their health. In this fast-paced and exciting program, Dr. Fleishman describes the current research in the science of sexuality and aging, provides tips, and answers questions.
