Nick Ratliff, broker and team leader at Nick Ratliff Realty Team, recently spoke to over 300 real estate professionals at BoomTown Unite, an annual client conference hosted by BoomTown in Charleston, SC.
Ratliff participated on a panel discussing inbound marketing strategies. He shared his experience with creating a unique personality and branding strategy around his company through marketing strategies. Ratliff said that the key to successful marketing is educating buyers and answering buyer questions through content before they are even ask or know what to ask.
"Our buyers ask us all the same questions. Why are we repeating the answers over and over?" said Ratliff. "It's amazing how many friends you have that will at some point want to buy a home, but they all love education. Our society loves to learn things. And that's what the internet is all about."
Ratliff focuses on leveraging his blog and social media to educate and build trust around his brand. Through Inbound Marketing, he has been able to see his business grow.
BoomTown Unite is an annual conference held by BoomTown, a real estate software company in Charleston, SC. This event is a chance for BoomTown clients to come together to share knowledge and network among thought leaders in the industry.
