Join The University Of Maine And Maine's Career Tech Ed Chef Instructors To See The Chefs Compete To Prepare The Best, New Potato Dish In The County.

Kathy Savoie And Rob Dumas From Umaine Have Organized A 4-Day Food System Tour Of Aroostook County For Maine's Cte Chef
Instructors As Part Of Their Usda Professional Development In Agricultural Literacy Grant. The Goal Of The Tour Is To Inspire And
Educate The Chef Instructors About Maine Agriculture In An Effort To Incorporate More Maine Food Into Their Classrooms And Curriculum.

Timeline- Chefs Arrive At 5:30, Competition Begins At 6, Dishes Complete & Delivered To Judges By 7pm. Winner Announced At 7:15.
