But while one of the best holiday celebrations in the Bay Area – produced by Steve Bajor’s TeamPro Event – promises yet another fantastic lineup of singers, dancers and musicians to perform throughout the day, great children’s games and activities like the giant rainbow slide, a jumpy house, cornhole, an array of additional activities and the arrival of Santa on the Plaza, meeting children and families and taking photos with them and plenty of carols and a Tree-Lighting ceremony – that’s not all!!

When Winterfest is in the rearview mirror at 5pm on Sunday Dec. 4, the quasi-virtual, hugely popular Winterfest Holiday Hunt, a three-week, scavenger hunt-style contest at dozens of businesses throughout Mill Valley, runs through Dec. 16th. Kids accompanied by a parent can travel around town, preferably by bike or on foot, to take photos of silver stars, as selfies in front of the stars they choose, in at least eight of the 40 participating businesses, including some amazing local restaurants and retail shops. Full Story.

Winterfest Returns Dec. 4 for a Glorious – And Perhaps a Bit Wet – Day of Holiday Fun, 12-5pm!!

Our 28th annual Winterfest, held on Sunday, December 4th in the Depot Plaza. Produced by Steve Bajor's produced by Steve Bajor’s TeamPro Event, it's a day of fun-filled activities and games, a visit from Santa, live music and entertainment, and tree and menorah lighting ceremonies. Winterfest is a homegrown yet sophisticated family-oriented community event, attracting 4,000+ attendees. It's a feel-good, not to be missed way to kick off the holiday season and promote your brand. In Joint Session, Council Backs Latest Design of 1 Hamilton Proposal, Eyes More Housing Creation to Address Lack of Affordability

Vice Mayor Urban Carmel urged attendees to “view this project in the broader context. For a long time, Mill Valley has made absolutely no affordable housing for the past three decades, and just three developments (Shelter Hill, Alto Station and Pickleweed Apartments) over five decades. Dillon Froelich to Showcase His Dazzling Art At MV Chamber In Dec. – Tuesday Artwalk is 12/6

On a bright blue late Fall Mill Valley morning, I had the opportunity to sit down with Kathleen Clifford and Jan Hiti at their Compass Real Estate office. Located a few doors down from Le Marais at 250 E Blithedale Avenue, with construction going on in the background, a reminder of the progress and upkeep required to keep a town thriving, we spanned 28 years of life and living in Mill Valley. Full Story.

Panel Eyes Richardson Terrace Determination Jan. 10
“I’ve been working on this project for 18 years,” local developer Phil Richardson said in a brief project introduction. "I'm 87 years old, and I don't want my wife to have to build this thing," Richardson said when asked by councilmembers if he'd be willing to consider alternative versions to the project he was proposing. Full Story.
