After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the folks at the Throckmorton Theatre are reviving Tuesday Night Comedy, one of Mill Valley’s iconic events, starting Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 7pm, and weekly thereafter at 8pm. Tix are $21 GA, $30 for reserved seating. FULL STORY.

MVFF45 Is Upon Us! Lights, Camera & Get In on the Action – Thru Oct. 16!

This year, the festival’s 45th edition marks a return to the norm, with the retention of at-home virtual screenings. Organizers have landed a stellar cast of all of the above for MVFF’s 145-film program through Oct. 16. “This year is kind of like the phoenix rising out of the ashes of the craziness of the last few years.” FULL STORY.

At an October 3rd special joint meeting between the Southern Marin Fire Protection District Board of Directors and the Mill Valley City Council, the organizations unanimously backed a joint resolution supporting consolidated fire services.
