Montana Democratic Party Statement on the passing of Art Noonan

Helena, MT – The Montana Democratic Party is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of longtime state legislator, and former executive director of the MDP Art Noonan. Upon hearing the news, Montana Democratic Party Executive Director Sheila Hogan released the following statement:

“Art Noonan lived a life of public service, serving the people of Butte and his home state for forty years. Former state legislator, former Executive Director of the Montana Democratic Party, and current candidate, Art was a born leader and spent a lifetime devoted to working for Montana on both the national and state level. He weathered storms and sea change, never wavering in his resolve to fight for the dignity of working Montanans and families.

On behalf of the entire Montana Democratic Party family, we send our condolences and wish comfort and peace to the Noonan family. May he rest in peace.”
