Mark your calendars for an afternoon of great music featuring three talented Arizona songwriters!

Walt Richardson, a local icon and member of the Arizona Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame, is a renowned singer-songwriter known for his soulful and inspiring music. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he has released several albums and won numerous awards for his work. His music is a blend of folk, rock and reggae, and his lyrics are known for their uplifting messages.

Eric Ramsey, a multi-instrumentalist, is a rising star in the Arizona music scene. His music draws from blues, rock and Americana influences, and he is known for his virtuosic guitar playing. He recently won the International Blues Challenge Solo/Duo category and the Memphis Cigar Box Guitar Award for Outstanding Solo/Duo Guitarist.

Patrick Martin, elected poet laureate for the Phoenix branch of the Arizona State Poetry Society in 2005, is a singer-songwriter whose love of wordplay shines through his humorous and thought-provoking lyrics. His music is a mix of folk, country and blues, and he is known for his engaging live performances.

Come enjoy the show on Sunday, March 19, from 1-3 PM at the Main Library. 

This concert is funded by a City of Glendale Performing Arts Grant.

Swing Dance with Big Band Grandstand

Get ready to swing and sway to the jazzy tunes of Big Band Grandstand at the Foothills Library on Sunday, March 26, from 2:30-5 PM! Whether you're a seasoned swing dancer or a beginner, this event promises to be fun for all. 

If you're new to swing dancing, don't worry! We'll have a beginner's lesson to help you get started. Even if you're not a dancer, you won't want to miss the finale performance by The Phoenix Bomb Squad, a high-energy group dedicated to enriching the swing dance experience in Phoenix.
