The North Carolina Republican Party (NCGOP) has named Susan Mills as the 2024 Chair of the Judicial Victory Fund (JVF). Additionally, Kelly Daughtry has agreed to serve the Finance Chair of the Judicial Victory Fund.

Mills currently serves as NCGOP Vice Chair. She is a lifelong North Carolina resident and resides in Cumberland County. Prior to being elected as NCGOP Vice Chair, Susan has served in numerous county and district roles and is a past president of the North Carolina Federation of Republican Women.

"It is an honor to serve as the JVF Chair this year and I'm proud to help lead this effort," said Mills. "Electing conservative judges who have the experience and temperament to follow the Constitution is so important, and I am going to do everything I can for them this year."

Ms. Daughtry, a prominent attorney from Johnston County, is also a lifelong North Carolinian who has worked to help families her entire life.

As a former candidate for Congress, Daughtry is also keenly aware of how important resources and fundraising is for candidates to be successful. She is well-known and has strong relationships across the legal community in North Carolina.

“I’m excited to serve as the Finance Chair for JVF and to work tirelessly on behalf of our judicial candidates to win this year,” said Daughtry. “Ensuring we have conservative judges who follow the constitution and defend the rule of law is critical to the future of our courts. I’m ready to join that fight.”

"The NCGOP's Judicial Victory Fund is a cornerstone of our effort to elect Conservative Judges. We are fortunate to have Susan and Kelly's leadership to raise the resources required to win," added NCGOP Chairman Jason Simmons.
