Ohio marijuana regulators ask for more money, pledge to quickly pay it back

Ohio government agencies tasked with regulating key parts of the medical marijuana industry need more money. The Department of Commerce is asking for an additional $4.2 million for the fiscal year that started July 1 and $180,000 for the following year to establish a seed-to-sale system. The Board of Pharmacy wants an additional $1.3 million now and $285,000 next year – funds needed to pay a consultant
