WASHINGTON, DC - Congressman Tom Tiffany (WI-07) issued the following statement after voting no on H.J. Res. 100 and H. Con. Res. 119.

“After President Biden created yet another crisis, despite saying the railroad agreement was a done deal, he shifted the responsibility to Congress to do the job he failed to broker. This is an expensive, lose-lose proposition that will stick farmers, factory workers, and families already struggling under the weight of soaring inflation with yet another costly bill. Congress should not have to clean up President Biden’s mess.”
