The YWCA MOMS R US teen pregnancy and parenting support program is partnering with the Sullivan County Regional Health Department to provide a reproductive and women’s health clinic on June 22, 2022 from 9:00am to 4:30pm at the YWCA downtown facility- 106 State Street, Bristol, Tennessee.

Women ages 15 to 64, insured or uninsured, can receive health clinic services on site FREE of charge. The Sullivan County Regional Health Department services will include: Pregnancy testing and counseling, Urine testing for STI’s, Birth Control (long and short acting) options available on site, Referrals for mammograms for uninsured (TN and Scott County VA residents), Blood Pressure checks and Women’s Health Exams and PAP tests with a Nurse Practitioner. In addition there will be reproductive counseling available and referrals to other agencies as needed.

Women who would like to schedule a full health exam with the Nurse Practitioner should schedule an appointment with April Little, RN at (423)279-2761 or [email protected] . Walk ins are welcome for all other services and health exams may be provided if appointment spots are available, first come first serve. The mission of the health clinic services is to reach and serve lower income uninsured or underinsured women for these basic preventative health screening exams. “Cancer screening saves lives”

The MOMS R US teen pregnancy and parenting program offers free support and education classes to teen parents who are 19 years or younger and pregnant for the first time. Participants receive FREE Prepared Childbirth, Parenting and Support Group virtual classes in Bristol TN/VA, Johnson County TN, Kingsport, Sullivan County, TN and Washington County, VA.
