The third annual Resurrection Festival in Durango, will be even bigger than last year.

Friday, April 7, 2023
6:00pm: Good Friday Worship: Meet at Gospel Church at 6pm
7:00pm: Music downtown: We will have several groups of musicians playing resurrection songs on street corners along Main Ave. Everyone is encouraged to walk around downtown and listen to the music and help make it a festive time. (Map of locations of musicians to come)

Saturday, April 8, 2023
11:30am: Procession Down Main Avenue: Meet at Gospel Church for preparation and instructions at 11:20am. Procession begins at 11:30am.
Wear white!
12:00pm: Picnic Lunch: Meet at Buckley Park following the parade for lunch (bring your own food).
12:30pm: Wiffle Ball & Kick Ball: Meet at the Buckley Park for family wiffle ball and kickball. There will be a pick-up game for everyone to join in.
2:00pm: Coffee Time: Meet at Gospel Church.
3:00pm: Block Party with street games Meet at Gospel Church.
5:30pm: Feast at Gospel Church: The feast is free, donations accepted. Registration for the feast is required.

7:00pm: Concert/Dance at Gospel Church: A concert and dance featuring the 6 Dollar String Band will follow the dinner.

Sunday, April 9, 2023
Everyone is asked to return to their own local churches for Sunday morning. If you do not have a local church, join us.
9:00am: Potluck Brunch: Meet at Gospel Church.
10:30am: Resurrection Day Worship
