Two days, seven hours of live music, dinner, dancing, champagne toast, golf tournament, fundraising and much more.

On New Year's Eve, step into our Last Dance themed event that starts with a reception, entertainment, and appetizers. Next you will enter the dining ballroom for the music of the numerous talents of Chris Walker, savor a delicious gourmet meal, warm up your dancing shoes, and enjoy the company of your table mates – both old and new friends!

Then we really get the party going as we are joined by the headliners. Rick Braun, our host and trumpeter extraordinaire, brings world class musicians with him each year, and this year is no exception, as he is joined by the one and only Dave Koz, the soulful sounds of RnR partner Richard Elliot who will all bring the house down to ring in the New Year along with the amazing vocals of Rebecca Jade!

As if that isn't enough, be there a day early to join Rick in a golf tournament for fun and fundraising in the morning, followed by our Start the Party Early show in the evening, featuring the one and only saxophonist Mindi Abair in a casual concert to get us in party spirits! Rebecca will join Mindi during the show for an awesome ladies night that the men will enjoy as well!

6:30 PM: Doors Open/Music Starts/Fundraising/Entertainment/Beverage/Appetizer Stations
The Tucson Ballroom will be filled with music and starry style entertainment along with beverage and appetizer stations and passed appetizers. Take this time to come and start to relax for an unbelievable evening.

7:30 PM: Dinner Begins
As you move from the Tucson Ballroom reception, dinner begins in the Arizona Ballroom.

8:00 PM: Opening Act Begins
Don't miss this – you will be up out of your seats early this year!

8:45 PM: Break and Dinner Entrée
The entrée will be served with some quiet music for you to enjoy the company at your table.

9:15 PM: Opening Act Continues
As we turn it up toward midnight, you will once again get your feet tapping!

10:00 PM: Dessert is Served
As we do a set change, enjoy some dancing music or your table mates, along with our tasty dessert treat.

10:30 PM: Ringing in the New Year
The Headliners take the stage by storm to bring in the New Year!

12:30 to 2:00 AM: Hotel Bar Open
If you are not done yet, the Salud Bar in the resort will still be open and you can purchase beverages and snacks if you want to continue to party!
