Santa Rosa County Emergency Communications staff are aware of the network issues currently being experienced by some AT&T customers with landlines and VoIP phones. This is not affecting cell phones

AT&T customers with landlines or VoIP phones needing to reach 911 should use a cell phone until this issue is resolved. AT&T is aware of the issue and is working to correct it as soon as possible.
