Santo's Modern American Buffet & Sushi prides itself on being unlike any other buffet. Though there is an endless amount of food, the three co-owners Johnny You, Eric Chen and Steven Wu are focused on providing guests with the ultimate culinary experience. Located at 4690 N. State Road 7, Santo's serves the highest quality food to create a vast array of dishes representative of many different cultures in artful presentations. The 5,400-square-foot restaurant has seating for 200 guests.
"In Chinese, Santo's means three elements, which mirrors the three elements in our motto: eat, drink and live," said You, who has worked in many restaurants across the nation. "Santo's is a great place where families and friends can gather to enjoy diverse dishes and create lasting memories."
From the different types of ceviche and raw bar, to the carving station, extensive sushi selection and dessert bar, Santo's offers guests the unique opportunity to try Japanese, Chinese, American and Mexican dishes in a single location. The restaurant has a sake bar, featuring approximately 20 types of sake and an assortment of wine and beer. Additionally, on Saturday and Sunday, Santo's will serve brunch using organic eggs and the option to add all-you-can-drink mimosas for only $7.
"We wanted to open Santo's because we recognized the opportunity to create a non-traditional buffet in South Florida," said You. "Our goal is to expose guests to foods they have never tried before and create a new image of buffet-style dining. Guests can now travel the culinary world without ever leaving Coconut Creek."
Santo's is open for lunch Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and for brunch Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The restaurant is open for dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. For more information, please call 954-971-6882 or visit www.SantosBuffet.com.
