February 23, 2019

6:30 to 10 PM - LCR Game Night at St. Luke's Church 465 First Parish Rd
Multiple games, first one starts at 7 PM, 2nd starts at 8 PM, Last Game starts at 9 PM

$20 per entry, 10 players per table. winner of first round wins $50 and advances to a final table. Winner of final table wins $200 to $500 depending on number of tables in that Game (minimum of 4 max of 10) It's an easy game to play, no skill required. Directions on how to play will be given out at the door.

Mad Hatter's Ball

Featuring Scituate's own "Doc Ellis Band"

The Scituate St. Patrick's Day parade committee hosts the 20th Annual Mad Hatter's Ball, a fundraiser for the parade at the Barker Tavern, 21 Barker Rd Scituate.

Festivities begin at 7 PM with a cocktail hour, an Irish Step Dance demonstration at 8 PM followed by a fantastic buffet dinner. There will be dancing to The Doc Ellis Band, a Silent Auction a Chinese Auction and door prizes.

Don't forget to wear your favorite Chapeau ( after all it is The Mad Hatter's Ball ) as awards will be given for many different categories ( Most Distinguished, Most Outrageous, Most Elegant, Most Colorful, Most Festive, Most Original Man's Hat, Most Original Woman's Hat, Best Vintage, Best in Show, Best Fedora, Tallest Hat, and Sweetest Hat ).

7PM - Grand Marshals Dinner

Dinner to be held at The Mill Wharf Restaurant in Scituate Harbor
Dinner of Corned Beef and Cabbage or Chicken served at 8 PM, Proceeded by recognition of the Corporate Sponsors of the parade then presentations from State Rep. Patrick Kearney and Senator Patrick O'Connor to the Grand Marshal of the Parade and the Rose of the parade. Then the drawing of the 3 winners of the Mayors Voting Raffle followed by the announcement of the winner of the Mayors Race.
Come see who wins and have some good food and fun all for only $15 PP (pay at the door)

21st Annual Mayor's Race

New this year, All Voting is in blocks of 10 ($10) Every 10 votes will get you into a raffle that could win you one of the following: 1st Prize $500, 2nd Prize $300, 3rd Prize $100 Drawing to be held at the Mill Wharf Restaurant on March 14th at the Grand Marshals Dinner

1PM - Parade

The Parade kicks off at the Gates Intermediate School and heads down First Parish Road, takes a left onto Front Street, through Scituate Harbor, up Beaver Dam Road and right onto Jericho Road where the parade ends near the intersection of Hatherly Road.
