A regional festival celebrating Art, Community, & the Art of Community in the Minnesota River Valley.

Set in the charming riverfront downtown of local art hotspot Granite Falls, SquidFest showcases the wild wealth of art, music, food, culture, care, and crafts of this historied area.

SquidFest shares the day with the local American Legion #69’s RibFest, the Steve Virnig Memorial Disc Golf Tournament, and Welcome Days, because more food, friends, and music is always better - and RibFest will continue into the night.

If we’re lucky, Todd - our resident river squid - may even make an appearance!

12 PM: Kid’s Fun Run
12 PM: Steve Virnig Memorial Disc Golf Tournament
11 AM to 9 PM: Vendors on Lende Lane
1-4 PM: Squid Kids -activities at Rice Park, Petting Zoo, Art activities, Vendors, Community Booths, Fire trucks, and face painting!
4 PM: Ribfest and Todd’sTalent Contest
6-10 PM: Squidstock- live music performances in Sorlien Park
