Stark & Stark Announces John Maloney as New Shareholder

The law firm of Stark & Stark announced John P. Maloney, Esq., has joined the firm as a shareholder. Mr. Maloney will be a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate and Business Succession Planning groups, focusing his practice on corporate transactional and governance matters.

Mr. Maloney’s practice will include addressing mergers, asset and stock purchases/sales, joint ventures, reorganizations, commercial lending, leasing, commercial contracts, equity investments, and new entity formation.

Stark & Stark’s new shareholder possesses more than 30 years of experience representing investment management companies, manufacturing businesses, and companies within the service sectors including apparel, pharmaceutical, internet technology, transportation, packaged foods, food additives, and real estate development. Mr. Maloney is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and Fairfield University. He is a member of the Bar in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of NJ.
