The Carroll County Arts Council has partnered with the City of Taneytown to present this inaugural outdoor arts festival at Taneytown Memorial Park! This event features fine art and craft displays by local and regional artists, giving visitors the opportunity to buy directly from the source. Food vendors, live music, and a free kids craft round out this family friendly festival!

1:45 PM - 2:45 PM: Walt Michael and Harry Orlove (Acoustic Folk)
3 PM - 4 PM: Probably Whiskey (Americana)
