Join Us for a Cruise on Our New Research Vessel This Summer!

We are thrilled to officially launch our new research vessel, R/V Sound Explorer, just in time for summer! Beginning on June 25, join us to learn about nature, wildlife and conservation while cruising Long Island Sound.

During our Marine Life Encounter Cruises, passengers will learn about the biodiversity of the Sound alongside Aquarium scientists and educators, featuring a plankton tow that brings up fish, crabs, mollusks and more. For those looking for a more casual cruise, our Sunset Cruises offer a unique perspective on the beauty of the Norwalk islands and surrounding wildlife.

Our Summer Camp Programs Begin June 16

Dive in and explore the fantastic ocean of wonder at our summer camp which integrates science with art and literature to deepen children’s understanding of animals and the environment.

Our interactive programs give kids ages 6-15 the opportunity to participate in activities including private shark feedings, special animal encounters, behind-the-scenes tours, trips to local beaches and more. Plus, don't forget that we are also offering sleepovers for campers on August 1 and 22!
