Orleans Chamber of Commerce Announces New Executive Director

Orleans, MA: Judy Lindahl joins the Orleans Chamber of Commerce as Executive Director. She takes over April 18th following a lengthy search conducted by the Board of Directors.

“I’ve spent the last 17 years of my career being a part of this community and I am thrilled to be more involved in not only the Town of Orleans, but its’ important business community moving forward”, Lindahl shared.

She comes to the Chamber following a nearly 18-year career at Nauset Marine in their sales and marketing office where she was responsible for all marketing and advertising for this local, family-owned company. Able to identify the ideal marketing mix that will translate to the best return on ad spend, her marketing initiatives included digital and print advertising, social media strategy, and a heavy concentration in local non-profit and community-based marketing.

“Judy’s qualifications, knowledge of Orleans and the Lower Cape and understanding of the business community’s needs is second to none,” said Orleans Chamber of Commerce Board Chair Justin Alex. “Our Board couldn’t be more excited to work with Judy on making Orleans the hub of the Lower Cape again”.

Judy currently serves on the Eastham Elementary School Committee, Nauset Regional School District Joint Committee, Chairs the District’s Transportation Committee, the Charles Moore Arena Board of Directors, is the tournament director for the Cape Cod Golf Classic (a Jimmy Fund Golf Tournament), Board Chair of the Cape Cod Collaborative and previously served as Board Chair of the Orleans Chamber of Commerce Board.

Judy lives in Eastham with her husband Paul and their two pups, Kelley and Bernie. She has two adult children, Emily who lives in Boston, and Ian who currently resides in Colorado.

The Orleans Chamber of Commerce is the primary Lower Cape organization that builds, promotes, and supports the Orleans business community through marketing, training and event coordination while attracting sustainable economic investment.
