From: Winchester Public Library

This original “William Morris Sampler” by Winchester textile artist and master quilter Denise Konicek is on display at the Winchester Public Library! The queen-sized quilt is 73 x 84 inches and made from 100% cotton. Cloth squares are historic William Morris reprints from the Victoria and Albert Museum.

This quilt is being raffled off to support Anna’s Fund, which boosts the purchasing power of SNAP customers to buy fresh and local food from Winchester Farmers Market. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase every Saturday during the farmers market at the market manager’s tent. Raffle tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5. The drawing for the quilt will take place on November 19 at the last Market of the year.
