From: Easthampton City Arts+

Greetings, Everyone!

We've got 3 exciting announcements to start off the new year! Please read through them carefully and mark your calendars for upcoming events and public programming with Easthampton City Arts (ECA).

1. Beginning in February 2023, Art Walk Easthampton is moving to the SECOND THURSDAY of every month! So, save the date for Thursday February 9th from 5-8pm for the first Art Walk Easthampton of the year! A full lineup of ECA's 2023 exhibiting artists can be found below!

2) ECA and the ECA Public Art Subcommittee is re-opening our "Open Call for Public Sculpture" to honor and celebrate the history and legacy of volunteerism in Easthampton's arts and cultural community. The deadline to apply is March 15th, 2023 -- an updated project scope and application can be found here. Please share far and wide with the sculptors and public artists in your life!

3) We are thrilled to announce the ECA GALLERY EXHIBITING ARTISTS of 2023! We encourage you all to become familiar with their work if you aren't already -- and to mark your calendars for their respective receptions during Art Walk (on the second Thursday of each month) so that you can support these remarkable artists and their exceptional work!

Easthampton City Arts (ECA) is thrilled to collaborate with Danielle Tait Photography for this exciting and creative fundraising initiative that integrates art, local businesses, and community. As a city organization with a mission to create positive, innovative, and accessible arts programming and cultural events to generate and increase opportunities for artists and the local economy, ECA will apply 100% of the proceeds raised through this program to directly support working artists in our community, through upcoming programming.

*We've raised more than $1,000 so far and all of these funds were added to the ECA Artist Grants Initiative so that more artists can be supported through this program.

Thank you so much, Danielle, for reaching out to ECA and for offering this wonderful opportunity to work together to raise more funds for local artists!

Here's a list of locations throughout downtown Easthampton where you can purchase a pin! Many thanks to all of our retail partners for your participation!
