Tim McDougal Named New Director of Business Development at MC Industrial

HOUSTON (July 30, 2015) ― MC Industrial, Inc., an independent McCarthy company, recently welcomed Tim McDougal as Director of Business Development for the industrial builder's Houston office. In this role, McDougal will be responsible for managing new and existing industrial construction client accounts in the Southern territory, with primary focus in petrochemical, power and refining markets.

McDougal brings to MC Industrial 28 years in the construction industry with leadership experience in business development, as well as engineering and project management. Through his previous career roles, he gained extensive knowledge of EPC contracting, along with field project execution. McDougal has successfully sold major construction management and construction projects exceeding $300 million in the Gulf Coast region, from Florida to the Texas coast.

McDougal has a thorough client base that includes owners/operators and multi-national full service engineering firms. Tim earned his bachelor of science in Building Construction from Texas A&M University, as well as an MBA with double concentration in Finance and Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas.
