The Conway Town Clerk’s Office will conduct a test of its optical scan voting equipment on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 for the state primary election to be held on September 6, 2022.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires the City Clerk to prepare a “test deck” containing at least 50 ballots to be fed through the scanning equipment. The ballots will be marked in such a way to adequately test the computer program, demonstrate rejection of overvoted ballots and test any other contents of the computer program which may have a bearing on the accuracy of the vote count.
