Affordable Housing Lottery for Residents Ages 62+; Info Session

Waterstone of Lexington, located at 55 Watertown Street, has 21 affordable housing apartments for residents 62 years of age or older. Maloney Properties will be conducting this affordable housing lottery.

There are:
12 one-bedroom independent living apartments
6 two-bedroom independent living apartments
3 one-bedroom assisted living units.

A preference for up to 14 units will be provided for applicants who are current Lexington residents.

Applicants must meet financial eligibility criteria.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: October 5, 2022 5:00 pm
