Inclusion Support

These services are provided for individuals of all ages and abilities who may have a disability, medical condition or life challenge and would like to participate in Recreation programs / events. When requesting services, 1:1 staff are not guaranteed due to staff availability. Inclusion service requests are due by Friday, January 6th.

How To Request Inclusion Services

-When registering for the program, check off "Yes" for needed inclusion support. Once you have registered, the Therapeutic Recreation Specialist will send you an email.

-If you have already completed registration and did not request support, Email Kate DeAngelis the Therapeutic Recreation Specialist directly. In the email please include your name, your child's name and the title of the program.

Once inclusion support is requested, you will be asked to complete an Intake Packet. This packet will provide the Therapeutic Recreation Specialist with information on how to best plan for your child in the program. An individualized inclusion plan is created and relayed to program staff to help them support each participant. Intake Packets are valid for two (2) years.
