Due to a software issue with our billing system, Manchester Water and Sewer customers who receive their bills Quarterly, will experience a short delay in receiving their November statements. Monthly customers will not receive a November bill, your December bills will include both your November statement and December statement for two months of water consumption.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we are working with our vendors to resolve the issue.
