Spruce Street Farmers Market will host its second annual Shop Small Saturday Indoor Market on Nov. 26, 9am-1pm, located inside Nathan Hale on 160 Spruce Street. Shop Small Saturday is the day for supporting small businesses and starting your holiday shopping.

New Veteran’s Exemption Program in Manchester

The Town of Manchester Board of Directors adopted a resolution at their November 2022 meeting which adds a new exemption for Manchester veterans. 

This abatement will be available for the 2021 grand list to those veterans that apply to the Assessor’s Office and are deemed qualified before December 31, 2022.
