Veterans Day Holiday Schedule
Town Offices & Libraries will be closed on Friday, Nov. 11 for Veterans Day.
Trash will be collected according to the regular schedule with no delays.

Veterans Day Parade
Parade and Color Guard form and step off from American Legion Drive, at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 11, 2022.
Arrive at Manchester Memorial Hospital for Outdoor Ceremony on Front Lawn. Lowering of Colors, Placing of Wreaths, Playing of Taps, and Bagpiper. In case of inclement weather, the remainder of the ceremony will take place inside the hospital in the H. Louise Ruddell Auditorium at 11:15 a.m.
Please wear masks and practice social distancing.
Household Hazardous Waste Collection
Online Appointments are now mandatory!
The Final Collection date for 2022 is Nov. 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Manchester regional center for household hazardous waste collection.

Ray Crothers Blood Drive
The Manchester Road Race Committee will sponsor its 36th annual “Ray Crothers Blood Drive” from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2022 at Manchester High School, 134 East Middle Turnpike.
Mobile Mammography
If you are above the age of 40 and have not had a screening mammogram in the past 12 months, Take the Time to visit the Hartford Hospital Mobile Mammography bus at the Community Y, 78 North Main Street on Wednesday, November 23rd. Appointments are required and can be set up by calling Manchester Health Department (860-647-3173).
Insurance is billed directly by Hartford Hospital. Those without insurance can obtain a no-cost mammogram with this Hartford Hospital community program.
