The Town of Mansfield will hold a public auction of tax title properties. The portfolio for this auction includes the parcels shown in the link below, and is scheduled for Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mansfield Town Hall, Room 3 A/B, 6 Park Row, Mansfield, Massachusetts. Registration begins at 10:00 A.M.

To participate in the auction, bidders must come prepared with a certified check, bank check or money order, made payable to the Town of Mansfield, as follows:

The minimum deposit to qualify to bid will be $5,000.00 per Auction ID, payable in the form of a certified check, bank check or money order, payable to the Town of Mansfield. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the minimum deposit to qualify to bid for Auction ID M5, Auction ID M13, Auction ID M14 and Auction ID M15 shown on the attached flyer will be $500.00 per Auction ID, payable in the form of a certified check, bank check or money order, payable to the Town of Mansfield.
