Position Description:
Under the supervision and direction of the Town Manager, performs administrative, confidential, and responsibilities consistent with the nature in the Town Manager’s office.  Must have considerable knowledge, skill and ability in the functions of municipal government. Considerable knowledge of organizational and department operating requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications, Skills And Abilities: • Master's degree in public administration, business management or a related field, with five years increasingly responsible municipal government experience; or • Any equivalent combination of education and experience. License Or Certificate: • A valid Connecticut Motor Vehicle Operator’s License or ability to obtain one;
