CERTIFIED POLICE OFFICER

-Salary Range $55,463-$73,304.71 (DOE)

-$5,000 Hiring Bonus:  $1,500 at Hire,  $1,500 at 12 Months, $2,000 at 24 Months

-Competitive benefits package, including paid sick leave and vacation.

-$2,400 annual uniform allowance and a take home vehicle are provided. 

-The Town is part of the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System.

NON-CERTIFIED POLICE OFFICER RECRUIT

-Starting salary for academy $43,368.00

-$2,000 bonus after completing 24 months of service.

-Competitive benefits package, including paid sick leave and vacation.
