SANDISFIELD’S UPCOMING FLU AND COVID BOOSTER CLINICS!

The Town of Sandisfield has partnered with CHP and SBPHC to provide two flu and COVID booster clinics this fall, on Sept 8th and Nov 2nd.   Both clinics provide senior and normal flu doses as well as the newly approved bivalent COVID booster. 

These clinics are at no cost to you, but participants are asked to bring their insurance card and vaccination card.  Additional information can be found on the attached flyer.

Homebound and can’t attend the clinics?  Contact Jayne Smith, Health Agent, at 413 717 8922 to arrange for an at-home vaccination which is available to eligible residents.
