Patriot 5K and Fun Run

Location: Byron Nelson High School - 2775 Bobcat Blvd.

The Patriot 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run is great for serious runners, parents with strollers, kids with energy to burn and joggers who just enjoy getting out. What better way to start your Fourth of July than participating in our certified and timed course with family and friends.

Participants will be able to pre-register online or register onsite the day of, however, only through their phones or other device. Staff working onsite the day of will not be able to assist with day of registration. We are offering race shirt sizes S-XXL and swag bags which are only guaranteed for pre-registered racers.

Parade of Patriots
Time: 9:30 AM
Location: Byron Nelson High School, 2775 Bobcat Blvd

Start decorating your floats, vehicles, golf carts, and other motorized vehicles! The Trophy Club Parks & Recreation Department is excited to hold the Parade of Patriots at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023, as part of our 4th of July Celebration event.

The parade starts at Byron Nelson High School, located at 2775 Bobcat Blvd. The parade is approximately 1.8 miles.

Access to Byron Nelson parking lot will begin at 8:00 am. All parade participants will need to be in their designated spot no later than 9:00 am. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 am. Late entries will not be accepted.    

Residents are welcome to set up blankets and chairs along the parade route to enjoy celebrating the Parade of Patriots.

Parade Route
The parade will begin at the Byron Nelson Highschool by exiting East onto Bobcat Blvd. From Bobcat Blvd., the parade will turn South on Trophy Club Dr. toward Durango and then turn West onto Parkview Dr. heading North to return to the high school.

Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration
The perfect ending to the most Patriotic day of the year, the Celebration and Fireworks bring Trophy Club families, friends, and guests together for a party with:

There are a few things we want to make sure EVERYONE knows about this year's Fourth of July Celebration Fireworks Event:
- Parking: Check out the many places to PARK/SHUTTLE this year
- What's Free: Entry INTO the event and the concert are FREE for everyone! Children's activities are all FREE, and no wristbands are required!
- Food: Vendors are taking cash AND credit card!
- Seating: Lawn seating has first come, first serve and is available for the live band, LIMELIGHT (Bring your chairs and blankets).
- Fireworks: Fireworks start around 9:40 PM, and all field lights will go out at around 9:30 PM! Check out where the best places to VIEW the FIREWORKS are this year! Be sure to find your family and claim a spot before it gets dark! Want to hear the MUSIC during the FIREWORKS? NO PROBLEM, CLICK HERE to rock along!
- Fun After Fireworks: Stick around after the fireworks end, approximately 10:00 PM, as our food vendors will re-open, and the band will take the stage for an encore performance!

Community Pool
Did you know residents AND their guests can spend July 4th with us at the Trophy Club Community Pool! Here is What you need to know:
- Residents are FREE (must show proof of residency or pool membership)
- All guests are $4 per person and must be accompanied by a resident
