Guerrera Construction and the Trumbull Engineering Department are currently working on a Route 111 Signal and Roadway Improvements Project. The project includes the installation of a traffic signal at the commercial plaza housing a number of businesses, including Prime One Eleven and The Edge Fitness.  The trail will be redirected to that light and a new crosswalk will be installed.  Work will continue until the Fall of 2023 (weather permitting), and there will be roadway lane closures throughout this project. We anticipate that these improvements will make the area safer for motorists and Trail users alike. Please check the Town website for traffic updates as this project moves forward.
