The Town of Truro’s Rec. & Beach Department is offering up to a $2,500 bonus to sign on and stay on for the full 7-week schedule of the Summer Rec Youth Program.

That works out to almost $8 more per hour on top of our already competitive pay scale!

For the complete bonus, employees must also “stay on” to work until August 19, 2022.
