Do you know what "The Body

Scan Practice" is?

Via ZOOM

Mindfulness Practice with Neil Motenko
Monday, February 27th
1:30 - 2:30 p.m.

The body scan lies at the core of mindfulness practices.  In the next session of Mindfulness Practice with Neil Motenko, we will review how this practice can contribute to our health and well-being, including in alleviating anxiety and pain.  We will discuss how the body scan practice supports foundational attitudes of mindfulness such as “allowing” rather than resisting, self-acceptance, and opening to our moment-to-moment experience.  The session will also include an opening practice, a guided body scan, a check-in with participants, discussion and Q&A, as we gather in a community of practice.
