A Series of Mindfulness with Neil Motenko
Monday
October 24th
1:30 - 2:45 PM

After a summer hiatus, A Series on Mindfulness with Neil Motenko returns via Zoom. For the benefit of both “veterans” and newcomers to this series, this program goes “back to basics,” reinforcing (or introducing) the benefits of mindfulness, both profound and practical, in cultivating a nonjudgmental awareness of whatever is arising in the moments. That, in turn and over time, can help us develop greater focus, clarity, wisdom and equanimity as we handle the challenges of daily life.  The session will be interactive, include guided practices, and review how we can integrate practice into our daily lives. Although this is part of a series, each session stands on its own, and newcomers are welcome at any time.

To receive a Zoom link, you must be pre-registered. Please see below about obtaining a Key Fob to register on line. You can also call us at 781-235-3961 to register.
