The Wellesley Housing Authority (WHA) is seeking candidates to fill a vacant seat on its Board of Commissioners.

The 5-member volunteer Board oversees the work of the WHA, which provides housing for low and moderate-income senior citizens, disabled adults, veterans and families in Wellesley. Three members are elected by the Town, one member is appointed by the State, and one member is a tenant appointed by the Select Board.

For this vacancy, the current Commissioners and the Select Board will appoint an individual to this position who will serve until the next Town election in March 2023.
