All the Things We Love about Summer

What do you love most about summer? Outdoor concerts, movies under the stars, baseball games? Neighborhood block parties, kids skating in the park, public art displays, farmers' markets? Or maybe you just enjoy wandering around town, drinking a refreshing smoothie or enjoying a cold ice cream treat?

You'll find all these things and more in downtown Trenton this summer. And don't forget this weekend kicks off with several "First Friday" events and continues with a FREE jazz concert in Mill Hill Park, the fifth of 10 shows in the Levitt AMP Trenton Music Series.

Be sure to also check out our online community bulletin board for camps, pool hours, math help and other ongoing programs and events. And don't forget that many restaurants and other businesses are now open on Saturdays. We hope to see you in Downtown Trenton soon!

Neighborhood block parties feature street basketball, bowling, skateboarding, biking, crafts, food, music, inflatable moon bounces, face painting and waterplay, plus other activities for everyone in the family.

Fun Fitness Tuesdays

The Fun Fitness Tuesdays Program takes place on Tuesday from 5 to 7 pm. Come to a park near you to work out and have fun while improving your physical and mental health. FREE. No registration necessary.

Tee For me is a workshop for teens, ages 14-18, where they will be able to design and create their own graphic T-shirts. They will be able to bring their design to life and unleash their inner fashionista here at Artworks! Cost: $10.00

CCFM Farm Stand
Thursdays, 11 am to 2 pm
The Capital City Farmers' Market is now open as a farm stand in front of the Lafayette Garage at 201 S. Warren St. in downtown Trenton. It features fresh produce from Asprocolas Acres, a family-run business and popular CCFM vendor.
