Collaboratory Anniversary Celebration
Don’t miss our 5+1 anniversary celebration of the opening of the Collaboratory, the library’s state-of-the-art makerspace, digital media lab, and coworking space. Stop by for fun hands-on activities and demonstrations for adults, teens, and families alike throughout the whole library. We will host some of our favorite instructors including Pat Dellaripa for painted notecards, Debbie Jaffe for polymer clay magnets, and Jill Shea for microgreens. In addition, local maker Tim Sway will give tours of the Jambulance, his sustainably-made mobile concert hall, in our rear parking lot. And of course there will be delicious treats, because it wouldn’t be a party otherwise! Note: Many hands-on activities are while supplies last. Due to the expected volume of people, masks are highly recommended.
