Help Us Celebrate Shark Week!

The Maritime Aquarium is home to multiple sand tiger sharks, which have protected status in Connecticut. They are listed as "Vulnerable" by the International Union for Conservation of Nature as commercial and sport fishing continues to deplete this species. Help us educate our community about how we can protect them – and many other marine species – from future extinction by making a donation today!
