STEM, an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, is not just a set of subjects but a gateway to endless possibilities in the future. Children develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity skills that empower them to face real-world challenges head-on. By introducing STEM from a young age, children learn to speak the language of the future. Dr. Nivedita Lahiri, CEO of Counsel Academy, will be speaking to students about the importance of starting STEM education as early as middle school, and how a strong STEM foundation increases their opportunities and opens up multiple career options for them later in life.
