On January 27, 2024, Tilde Cafe will meet in person at the Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library (unless things change at the last minute, in which case we will have to lean on good old Zoom) for a fascinating conversation with Professor Stavroula Hatzios. Back in 2010, Professor Paula Kavathas had introduced us to the concept of communal harmony between humans and microbes. Since that time, if you check Google Trends or the Google Ngram Viewer, you will find that interest has grown in this area of science.

Please click on the flyer above, if you plan to attend. Note, while the venue permits up to 50 attendees, the registration link allows only 20, so if you receive an error/no more seats message when you click the link, don't worry, we will save a seat for you if you simply email us at [email protected]
