1st Annual Wheaton Arts Parade and Festival
Strut Your Stuff and March for Art! It’s Free!
- Carry art, push art, pull art, or wear it
- Play music, dance, and perform
On this day everyone is an artist-Come Join In The Celebration!
- Music & performances on the festival stage
- Original films on the big screen
- Artists will exhibit and sell their work
- Food and drink from local restaurants
- Children’s activities
There will be floats, but no cars, just people walking to celebrate art & Wheaton’s cultures, commerce, and citizens. It’s called, “Parade the Triangle!”
Come with your family, school, business, community organization, or by yourself. You won’t be alone for long.
8:00am - 10:00am: Assemble
(Parking lot between Fitzgerald Car Dealer & Best Buy)
10:00am - 12:00pm: Parade
Marching bands, floats, dancers, & giant puppets
12:00pm - 6:00 pm: Festival
Meet the artists, Entertainment, Food
(Veterans Park - on Fern St between Reedie Dr, Price Ave & Amherst Ave)
11:00am - 6:00pm: Food & Beverages
