Woodland, CA - On Tuesday, May 9, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., the Healthy Yolo Collaborative and Yolo County Health and Human Service Agency Public Health Branch invite community members and partners to attend a virtual townhall to learn about community health priorities and offer input on which strategies to focus on over the next three years.

The virtual townhall will showcase the priority areas, goals and objectives in the draft 2023-2026 Community Health Improvement Plan. The plan is a roadmap to improving health outcomes for residents through changes in policies, programs or physical environments. Currently, the draft Community Health Improvement Plan contains suggested strategies on how to better the health of the community. Townhall participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and vote on strategy areas to be included in the final plan.
