Adoption STAR is a non-profit child placing agency. We are New York State Authorized, Florida and Ohio Licensed, Approved in Connecticut, and COA Hague Accredited. Adoption STAR offers both domestic and international options. With a strong emphasis on education, Adoption STAR provides support, training, advocacy, and resources to all members of the adoption triad.
