Mission Statement:

ARCA is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide stimulating and enriching professional arts programs to the five county Allegheny Valley Region - Clarion, Venango, Armstrong, Mercer and Crawford counties. ARCA's programs also draw visitors from all over Pennsylvania and neighboring states.
