Alvarado Midnight Warriors Pathfinder club

Church Street
817-783-8500

The Pathfinder Club is a voluntary association of youth 10-15 years of age with trained adult counselors. It was officially authorized by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists in 1950 and since then has encircled the globe.

It gives junior youth opportunities to accept responsibility that leads to trustworthy citizenship and steadfast church affiliation. It is vitally important for the church to augment the influence of the home and the school in shaping the ideals, attitudes and character of growing youth. The Pathfinder Club does this through interpreting Christian ideals to junior youth in the setting of activities that satisfy normal desires for adventure and achievement. It is run in a simular manner as Boy Scouts, except in Pathfinders, Jesus Christ is first in everything.
Pathfinders get involved in constructive activities such as Bible study, nature exploration, crafts, hobbies, camping, excursions, hikes, field games, etc.
